Q. How many people do you expect to attend?
A: Last year there were approximately 250 attendees for our first conference. We hope that last year’s success can generate excitement and push attendance close to 500.
Q. What will be the demographics of the attendees?
A: The majority of last year’s attendees were from Southern California. Approximately 100 of the 250 attendees were from outside of San Diego. Ages varied from early 20s to late 30s.

Q. Is the conference only for Catholics?
A: The conference is open to everyone, but it is specifically designed for young adults who have or had some connection to the Church.
Q. Who do I make the payment check payable to?
A: Checks should be made payable to John Paul the Great Catholic University.
Q. May I pay on-line?

Q. Is there time between sessions to leave the campus?
A: The conference is scheduled pretty tightly. There are only a few times during that day you could leave the event and make it back without missing a planned session. Lunch and dinner will be provided and there will be snacks sold throughout the day. There should be no reason you should need to leave during the day.
Q. Can I arrive late or leave early from the conference?
A: Yes, we know young adults have busy schedules and we realize that in some instances there will be a need to come and go from the conference. There are no discounts for partial attendance.

Q. Will payments for entrance be accepted the day of the conference?
A: Yes, you can show up the day of the conference, but we ask that, if possible, you try to pre-register. Depending on the number of last minute registrations meals may not be available.
Q. Is there the possibility of large group discounts?
A: Yes, for groups of 10 or more which are prepaid before August 1 there is a group discount of $5 per person.
Q. How can I promote the conference?

JP Catholic at 858-653-6740. The best way to promote the conference is by word of mouth and personal invitation.
