A complete application will include:

  1. A completed application form .
  2. Two personal references - References can be conducted over the phone or through a traditional letter of recommendation.
  3. High school transcripts (download transcript request form) If you have not yet graduated from high school you should provide the most current partial transcript. For applicants with a GED certificate, your transcript should show the date you achieved it along with your scores.
  4. Your SAT or ACT test scores (see Admission Requirements)
  5. Application Essay; click here to read about the essay requirments.
  6. An informal phone interview with an admissions representative will be conducted before an application will be complete. You will be contacted by a representative from our admissions office to schedule a phone interview.
  7. $20 Application processing fee.

Your final high school transcript should be submitted as soon as possible after your graduation to complete your application. If you have taken college-level studies elsewhere, please submit the college transcript, as well as your high school transcript.
