Grants

The following renewable grant awards are available for incoming students. The grant award is applied towards the student's tuition fee. Grants will be awarded until they are gone. So don't wait.

  1. Your first step is to apply for admission to JP Catholic by completing this JP Catholic Application Form.
  2. Once you are accepted, you are then eligible to appply for Financial Aid by completing this Financial Aid Application Form and submit to JP Catholic.

Institutional Grant Awards Amount Comments
St Jude Grants $1,000 - $8,000 Grant awards are based on demonstration of financial need. Grants are renewable with a 3.000 GPA at JPCU.

Eligibility and Rules

  1. You must have applied and been accepted to JP Catholic.
  2. You must submit:
  3. A grant recipient must be a full-time student, enrolled for 15 units per quarter.
  4. All grant awards are for your first three quarters at JP Catholic. Each award is divided into 3 equal amounts and applied toward each quarter. After your have completed your first two quarter, your grant award is renewable quarterly dependent on your on-going commitment to mission and you maintaining a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Please read the renewal requirements.
  5. Institutional funding is limited and may not cover all educational expenses. Campus work study employment and/or private loans may be used to complete the financial aid package.
  6. To provide the limited institutional aid to as many students as possible, no student will receive more than $9,000 in awards combining scholarships and grants.
