Biblical Theology Certificate Programs

Why get a certificate?

Certificates are a widely respected credential offered by many colleges and universities to those who want to acquire a new body of knowledge. Most certificate students already have a bachelor’s degree, while some do not. Some students use it to test the water in order to determine whether they will pursue a Masters degree in Biblical Theology— the Advanced Certificate covers the prerequisite requirements for the Masters in Biblical Theology, while Graduate Certificate credits may be applied towards the Masters program. Interested students should register for the certificate program as soon as possible - there is no fee. Courses may be completed in the classroom or through our online program.

The Certificate programs at JP Catholic University meet our high academic standards. The Certificate documents the student's completion of the rigorous and focused program of study. The Certificate and Advanced Certificate are composed of undergraduate level coursework, while the Graduate Certificate programs require a minimum of 18 units of graduate level academic credit.

What Certificate Options do you offer?

We offer two types.

  1. Certificate. This has no prerequisites, is ideal for the inquisitive life long learner and documents the student's success.
  2. Graduate Certificate. This has prerequisites, usually a bachelor's degree in the field or a Advanced Certificate. This provides access to our top-notch graduate courses for the serious learner and officially documents their accomplishments.

The Certificates available are listed below.

How does it work?

The process is simple. You complete the Certificate program application, pay your tuition fees and show up for class - either in-person or online. Let us know which you prefer. You can choose to do both at no additional expense.
