Notes:
- Undergraduate tuition fees cover 12 or more units per quarter. 15 units per quarter are required to graduate in 3 years ( = 12 quarters).
For students taking less than 12 units of credit per quarter, the cost of tuition per unit of credit is $600. Tuition includes all costs associated with the
course, but excludes textbooks.
- Tuition includes a $100 non-refundable annual enrollment fee paid before the beginning of each academic year.
- Room and Security Deposit Fee: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required of all residential students beginning July 1, 2010. For new students, it must be paid prior to moving into the student apartments. The deposit is held for the faithful performance and observance by the resident student of the terms, provisions and conditions of their Resident Agreement contract. The fee will be refunded when the student vacates the apartment, minus cleaning and damage fees. The fee will not be applied towards the room expense.
- Undergraduate students taking less than 12 units of credit per quarter are not eligible for institutional financial aid.
- Minimum Payment Frequency is Quarterly
- STRF – State of California Student Tuition Recovery Fee. Required Assessment of $2.50 per $1000 tuition for CA residents only.
This fee is currently being collected
- The Activity fee includes the Europe trip fee (covering accommodations and guide expenses during the Europe trip) and local field trips. It is required for ALL students.
- A Legacy Apartment issued parking permit (cost $15) is required for student owned cars parked within the student apartment complex.
Limited garage parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. A $100 refundable deposit is required. A public Park-and-Ride parking lot
is adjacent to the Legacy apartments and has limited free parking.
Limited parking is available to students at the classroom facility at 10174 Old Grove Rd.
- All single undergraduate students, who are under 25 years of age, are required to live on campus. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances for students whose parents live within 20 miles of campus. Graduate students are not required to live on campus. Some on-campus housing may be available for single graduate students.
- For MA in Biblical Theology students: Once the student commences the required practicums the tuition is non-refundable. Once the student has committed to the Comprehensive Exam, the tuition is non-refundable.
Frequency of Payment of Fees:
Students are billed quarterly for their fees. The amount is one-third of the 9-month academic year total. Payments are due one month prior to the start
of the quarter with no applicable convenience fees. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee.
Students are required to provide their own laptop computer and required software (which depends on the program of study).
Students are required to purchase their own textbooks and take care of their own clothing, transportation and health insurance needs.
Students participating in sports are expected to cover those costs.
